- uninstall REMOTE DIFFERENTIAL COMPRESSION API SUPPORT from Windows Features
- in elevated PowerShell:
netsh int tcp set global autotuninglevel=disabled
to enable autotuninglevel:
netsh int tcp set global autotuninglevel=normal
